This policy explains what information ZIVRO collects when you use zivrostore.com, why, and who it is shared with. ZIVRO is a streetwear label run by Zivro Techs from Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, Pakistan.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, what you ordered and how you're paying (cash on delivery or bank transfer). We don't take card details on this website.
• If you create an account: your name, email, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses and order history.
• When you contact us: what you send through the contact form, WhatsApp or email, such as your name, email, phone number and message.
• If you leave a review: your name, email (not shown publicly) and review.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, contact you about it, handle exchanges, answer your messages, keep spam out of our forms, and understand which channels (Instagram, Google, a direct visit) bring customers to the store. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies

• Bag and checkout: WooCommerce cookies remember what's in your bag while you shop.
• Order source: cookies starting with sbjs_ note how you arrived (for example from Instagram or a search) and your device type. This is saved with your order.
• Login: if you sign in to your account.

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag and checkout won't work without them.

Who we share it with

• Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your order.
• Hostinger: hosts and delivers this website; their servers process your IP address and technical logs.
• Google Fonts: your browser connects to Google to load the fonts this site uses, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Akismet (Automattic): checks contact form messages and reviews for spam.
• WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta): when you message us on WhatsApp, or watch our Instagram reels on the homepage, those services receive information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, exchanges, our accounts and the law. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@zivrostore.com and we'll help. Some order records may need to be kept for our accounts.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
