How do I place an order?
Choose your design and size, add it to your bag and check out. If you would rather order by message, send us your design and size on WhatsApp and we will help you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. Choose either one at checkout.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. For the delivery time to your city, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will give you an estimate.
Sizing & fit
Which sizes do you have?
Every design comes in Small, Medium and Large. See the size chart on any product page for the measurements.
How do ZIVRO pieces fit?
Oversized and unisex: dropped shoulders and a roomy body. If you prefer a closer fit, take the size below your usual one.
Not sure about your size?
Send us your height and usual size on WhatsApp and we will suggest one before you order.
Exchanges & care
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, you can exchange an unworn item for another size or design within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are only for faulty or wrong items. Message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back, and see our refund and returns policy for the details.
How should I wash my ZIVRO piece?
To keep the print looking new, wash it inside out in cold water and do not iron directly on the print.
